Innovative Academic Practice	Description
Lab Improvement for Future Trends (LIFT)	LIFT is developed to provide practical hands on experience for each student by exposing to various experiments and uplift the knowledge levels.
Learn Emerging Advances in Domain (LEAD)	It is a unique experiment from other experiments that covered in JNTUH Syllabus to develop skills necessary for more advanced study and research.
Advanced Technical lab (ATL)	ATL helps students to get good exposure with varied experiments and uplift the design knowledge levels in various fields with different applications.
Applied Science Laboratory (ASL)	ASL is an innovative platform for students to get an idea of applications and implementation of principals of mathematics/physics/chemistry in their core subjects.

Student Target Enhancement Programme (STEP)	STEP introduced to give additional teaching inputs like Power Point Presentations, Webinars, Tutorials and Interactive Sessions to effectively impart better teaching and learning.
Make Up Classes (MUC)	MUC is intended for result enhancement of slow learners and reluctant learners by one to one monitoring through various tutorial sessions.
Online Technical Training (Spoken Tutorial)	The Spoken Tutorial is highly conducive for self learning by Free and Open Source Software’s like Linux, Scilab, LaTeX, PHP & MySQL, Java, C/C++, Libre Office etc. with the support from IIT Bombay over Skype. Spoken Tutorial team can monitor the training and answer the questions for the following test.
Continuous Assessment Programme (CAP)	CAP is intended to assess each student continuously by various measurements.
Business English Certificate (BEC)	BEC is designed to assess how learners use English to communicate in real-life situation. It increases the opportunities for learners and teachers.

Academic Planner (AP)	An appropriate academic planner is developed by each faculty to execute their subject knowledge and to ensure educational objectives are achieved.
Teachers Awareness Programme (TAP)	TAP enables faculty to acquire competencies relevant to their respective subjects and new trends by mutual teaching.
Faculty Level Improvement Programme (FLIP)	FLIP is intended to improve the appraisal of every faculty by submitting the targets or goals to be executed or achieved before the commencement of the academic year which is monitored by the HOD and put their efforts to achieve the targets within given duration.

SRADDHA (Student's Grievance Redressal Cell)	It is formed with an objective of linking with a well-defined Disciplinary system to make it acceptable to all and to make the redressal process fair, impartial, consistent, with prior warnings and commensurate with gravity of misconduct.
Web Based Seminars (Webinar)	Webinar is a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the Web using video conferencing software. CMREC participants can share audio, documents and applications during the webinar with webinar host and attendees. While the presenter is speaking they can also share desktop applications and documents.
Student Activities Clubs(SAC)	SAC intended to provide opportunities to participate the students in various activities for all round development.
Centre for Human Excellence	This Centre is established to generate world-class professionals with absolute integrity, true professionals, broad thinking and excellent caliber.
Industry Institutional Interaction Cell(IIIC)	It is established to evolve educational programmes, create adequate knowledge, coordinate research and even provide internship for final year students to confront real life challenges and to meet growth and developmental needs of the industry.
Career Guidance Cell(CGC)	It is intended to arrange career guidance programs, soft skills programs, and personality development programs by external experts to develop student’s communication and confident levels.
CHAMP (CMREC’s Hub of Ambitious Mathematicians & Pragmatists)	It is a Math club and is created to sensitize students about this subject and the latest developments taking place in the field of Modern Mathematics.
CREST (CMREC’s Realm of English for Smart Technocrats)	It is a literary club of CMREC and is formed with the objective to enrich and develop the soft skills and literary skills in writing, reading & thinking amongst the students through various literary activities.
Women Empowerment Cell-CHARITA (CMREC’S Hub Of Ambitious Radiant Intellectual Talented And Active Women)	It is a platform for enriching women empowerment to share their experiences and views and to provide counseling environment for women students.
Entrepreneurship Development Cell(EDC) - AGRATA	AGRATA is intended to develop entrepreneurial abilities among the students referring to inculcation, development, and polishing the skills.
National Conference on Developments, Advances & Trends in Engineering Sciences (NCDATES)	The NCDATES is proposed with the aim of bringing the innovation and inspiration in the field of Engineering and also it provides a platform to get solutions for practical problems. It gives an opportunity to the Scientists/Industry oriented persons/Research Scholars/Faculty and Students to exchange their innovative ideas in all aspects of Engineering and Technology.

Technology Incubation Center(TIC)	TIC is developed to incubate and promote entrepreneurship and innovation with involving maximum number of projects and execution by a team of aspirant student entrepreneurs to find solutions to local needs rather than global needs.
Research & Development(MEDHA)	An Exclusive R & D cell in the name of MEDHA has been established to implement wide range of activities such as promoting applied and basic research, technology development, establishing centers of excellence, conferences, workshops and short term training programs etc. MEDHA gives constant support and guidelines to publish innovative projects, research papers in national and international level.
